Local 5097 Complete Care at Harborage Bargaining Update #9
Management came to the table today and did not address a fair wage for our members. They offered 0% this year and only 2% for 2027 and 2028.
To show we are serious about our demands for a fair contract, we delivered a petition signed by more than 160 workers, representing the overwhelming supermajority of our members.
The Union was prepared to reach a Tentative Agreement today, but management failed to make meaningful progress and wasted a valuable day of bargaining.
