Local 5105 Bargaining Update: Tentative Agreement Reached!!!

We’re proud to share that, because of the strength and unity of our membership, we’ve reached a Tentative Agreement that your bargaining committee strongly recommends.

This agreement includes the strongest enforceable staffing language ever achieved in an HPAE contract—an important step forward in protecting patient care and supporting our members on the job.

We will be holding ratification meetings on Tuesday, June 16 at Moose Lodge (853 Woodlane Rd, Mt. Holly, NJ):

  • 8:00 AM (in person)
  • 4:30 PM (Zoom)
  • 8:30 PM (in person)

At these meetings, we’ll review the full details of the agreement and answer your questions. Following the meetings, members will have the opportunity to vote electronically.
