Phoenix Center Union Negotiations Update, June 11, 2026

Yesterday (6/10), we met with management. We made progress on Successorship and Wages. Management’s most recent proposal for across-the-board raises is 2.75% this year, 2.5% in 2027, and 2.75% in 2028.

Management continues to reject any contractual staffing protections. Members again spoke forcefully about the need for clear, actionable staffing numbers in any contract we ratify.

Our team felt that this was enough progress to avoid giving a ten-day strike notice yesterday. However, we may still need to give our notice at our next session if we don’t continue to make progress on staffing, wages, and their Unfair Labor Practices.
