We have a Tentative Agreement!

Yesterday (6/17), we came to a Tentative Agreement for our New Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Together, we have won the largest raises in Local history, Enforceable Staffing numbers, improved benefits, and much more!

We won this Contract because Union Nurses stood up, delivered a credible strike threat, and refused to let Management giving us what we’ve EARNED.

This Tentative Agreement will go into effect only if members ratify it. Your Bargaining Committee recommends a YES vote.

We will hold a Ratification Vote on Monday, June 22 in the Phoenix Center 1st Floor Classroom 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Members will be able to read copies of the complete Agreement, summaries of the TA, and their new base rates.
