Local 5147 Members: 2026 Bargaining Conference

As we prepare to begin negotiations for a new contract next month, your local elected board recently attended the HPAE Annual 2 Day Convention in New Brunswick.

This year’s conference focused on Strategic Bargaining and Leadership, giving us the opportunity to learn, share ideas, and strengthen our skills as we prepare to represent you at the bargaining table.

We’re looking forward to putting what we learned to work as we move into negotiations and continue fighting for a strong contract for our members.
