Local 5118 Contract Survey for 2027

Our union contract with Cooper expires on May 31, 2027. We are preparing now to negotiate the best possible contract for our future. This survey is your opportunity to have your opinion heard during this process. Your input will be shared with our Negotiating Committee and will help guide your colleagues in bargaining with the Hospital.

A strong contract isn’t won at the bargaining table alone, we are the union, and we are only as strong as we are united. Real power comes from every single one of us standing shoulder-to-shoulder to demand the fairness we deserve.
