We are pleased to announce that your HPAE Local 5089 bargaining team has reached a tentative agreement with Rutgers management for a new contract covering registered nurses at Rutgers University. This is our first contract since the merger with Rutgers.
With contracts at University Hospital expiring over one year ago, a group of 50 nurses and healthcare workers spoke out to the eleven members of the University Hospital Board of Directors at their November 10th meeting during the public comment
