2025 has been a tremendous year for our union! We started out by winning back our stolen time and holiday bonuses.
Our Union Negotiation team has been negotiating with management for over a month, and we have made significant progress - but there is still a lot of work to do. Together, we'll get it done!
The deal still needs approval from state and federal entities before the transaction is considered final.
The year 2026 will be big for our union. Our Collective Bargaining Agreement Expires April 30, so we will begin negotiating soon. This is our strongest chance to win fair pay, better benefits, and safe staffing.

This pay period, deductions for the HPAE Retiree Medical Trust will begin. This is the Pension-type benefit we voted to set up in July. All Full-Time, Half-Time, and Part-Time members contribute $0.20 per hour ... towards the trust.
