Today at negotiations, HMH AGAIN REFUSED to give us the safe staffing ratios our patients need, and made NO MOVEMENT on wages!
We will be holding a membership meeting starting at 7:30 am until 3:00 pm on 6/2.

In response to Inspira’s inability to meet our demands, 83% of Inspira HPAE members participated in our HPAE strike vote, and 98% of voters authorized a strike!

On May 29, 2025, HMH and HPAE will return to the bargaining table —and we are ready, united, and determined to keep fighting for our demands: safe staffing ratios, fair wages, and the respect we deserve.
Authorizing our negotiating committee to call a strike if necessary, will put us in the strongest possible negotiating position as our contract nears expiration.
Thursday (5/15), your Union Bargaining Team met with Management for our third session. We made progress on some small issues, like making sure there’s always a paper option for PTO requests and Job Applications, and had productive discussions about new
