Today, June 22, 2023, HPAE met with HMH for negotiations. We were in discussions all day and we have reached a tentative agreement. Details to be discussed in the ratification meetings.

Our new contract with Salem Memorial Hospital/Inspira officially went into effect on June 1st. This comprehensive agreement has many more articles regarding our wages and working conditions than our prior contract.
EH reached out to HPAE on Wednesday, 5/31/23, stating they are willing to re-engage in negotiations regarding wages; they also stated that they have a new wage proposal.
Recently, HPAE has come to learn about sensors being placed in soap and/or Purell dispensers. In addition, sensors will be placed in or on employee ID badges.
