The HPAE Local 5112 Executive Board is pleased to announce that on December 29th we were able to reach a settlement with Union County just in time for the expiration of our contract on December 31, 2020.
We met again with management for negotiations today - an additional session that management asked for. Unfortunately, they did not come to the table with a counter proposal on wages or other economics. This was very disappointing.

Management has failed to sign a CBA extension. This means that as of 12/8/20 you will be working without a contract. We do expect that management will sign off on an extension agreement but, in the meantime, there are advantages
