Today (5/3), we had our 4th negotiation session. We had some back and forth regarding non-economic proposals. A major area of focus today was the ability to access all things related to scheduling, at home.
Today we met with management for our third full day of bargaining for our new contract. We presented management with some new, mostly non-economic proposals.
We are so proud that an overwhelming majority of nurses at Englewood Hospital signed onto our petition demanding safe staffing, equitable pair, and respect at work!
We presented management with our initial package of proposals. After a brief break, management came back with a handful of questions and then left for the day.
The Nominations and Election Committee announces we are now accepting nominations to represent Local 5004 at this year’s HPAE State Federation and AFT National Conventions.
