The Nominations/Election Committee announces that there are eleven (11) local officer positions that are up for election this year as well as Representative positions.
We have communicated with many members individually, but we want to provide a summary of the actions we’ve taken as a union to push Rutgers to pay our membership every penny we are owed.
This is an update about the ongoing pay issue crisis caused by Rutgers University affecting HPAE unit members.

Our bargaining team fought for a fair contract, and we are finally seeing the results of the negotiated increases. By now, you should see the HPAE negotiated increases on your My Compensation History section of the My Rutgers portal.
We will keep you informed as we begin to work with Rutgers to process the scheduled increases and implement the new contract language.
