The Nominations/Election Committee announces that the following members will serve as delegates for HPAE Local 5089 at this year’s HPAE State Convention.
The HPAE Negotiation Committee held their first meeting with University Hospital on August 24th in an effort to negotiate a successor agreement.
HPAE will present a list of contract issues that will be presented to UH in our upcoming negotiations of the Agreement which is scheduled to expire on 9/30/21.
HPAE would like to remind everyone that the deadline to either initiate vaccination, provide proof of vaccination for Covid or be granted a medical or religious accommodation is Monday, August 2nd.
The Coalition of Rutgers Unions (CRU) has met with Rutgers (RU) this week to negotiate over the impact of the mandatory vaccination policy. We will continue to negotiate on Monday. The CRU asked many questions, some of which RU clarified.
