On Wednesday, December 9th, after five days of voting, the members of HPAE Local 5089 voted by an overwhelming majority of 99% to ratify our new contract with Rutgers University.
This is the first contract we've negotiated with the University since the merger with UMDNJ
Elections are currently underway for HPAE Local 5089 Officers and Representatives. There are only two contested positions: Vice President for Rutgers and Rowan Universities and Vice President for UH Emergency and Critical Care Division
