Today (10/24), management brought in their benefits specialists to discuss the benefits for 2025.
Today (10/24), management brought in their benefits specialists to discuss the benefits for 2025.
We met with management and gave our economic proposals for fair and competitive wages. We discussed inflation, cost of living increases, the shortage of nurses and the need to be competitive in order to recruit and retain nurses.
Your HPAE Local 5107 Executive Board has recently conducted a review of our local union constitution and bylaws and has recommended several amendments that will strengthen our union and improve our local union administration.
On 9/24/2024, we met with management for our second day of bargaining for our new contract. We made some progress and have two tentative agreements.
Friday, your union representatives from each facility met with Management for our quarterly Labor-Management Committee Meeting. Here is a brief summary of what we discussed.

On 9/3/2024, we met with management for our first day of bargaining for our new contract.
Last week, your union negotiation Team met with management for our quarterly Labor-Management Committee meeting.
In the first full paycheck of July, you will receive an additional year of experience and receive a step raise, or a 2% raise, whichever is greater. Per-Diems will receive a 2% raise.
Yesterday (5/9), your Union officers and reps met with Management to discuss our first Staffing Grievance. We settled the grievance, meaning it will not be sent to Arbitration.
