Why the “Repeal and Replace” Plan Means More Uninsured, Higher Costs
Congressional Republicans have unveiled legislation to “repeal and replace” the Affordable Care Act (ACA). Their American Healthcare Act (AHCA) has many components, but it’s already clear that this legislation, if passed and signed by President Trump, will cause millions of people to lose their insurance and raise healthcare costs for working people and seniors.

HPAE Education Days Focus on Safe Staffing, Respiratory Protection
HPAE Education Days were held on Tuesday and Thursday. This CE program focused on two health and safety topics: Safe Staffing – Safe Work and Respiratory Protection for Healthcare Workers. A total of 6.0 contact hours was awarded to members who attended both workshops during the day.
