WE HAVE A TENTATIVE AGREEMENT!

After a marathon session yesterday with Rutgers that ended at around 1:00am, we are pleased to announce we have a joint tentative agreement on a new contract!!

We have worked long and hard to secure our successor agreement and the fight has been worth every moment.

Over the next week, we will be setting up in-person membership meetings, as well as a Tele-Town call-in meeting where the details of the new contract provisions will be discussed. We encourage everyone to attend.

At these meetings you will have the opportunity to ask questions about the contract changes and to review the tentative agreements from negotiations. Voting will be by secret mail ballot. The American Arbitration Association will be conducting the vote and will be sending your ballot to your home.

We are working to set up the membership meeting dates and times and will have them out to you within the next few days. Be sure to check your email for information and to share it with other HPAE members.
