Local 5142 Bargaining Update, June 18, 2020

You all did a fantastic job showing your solidarity and turning out for our informational picket on Thursday and taking our message to the public! Because of your solidarity, we did see some movement at the table when we met with the employer on Friday, and we will continue to hold conversations next week to try to come to an agreement.

It’s definitely possible that we will have to escalate our actions to put pressure on the hospital moving forward, so stay tuned for update next week. Again, great job everyone!
