Yesterday (5/27/2026) at bargaining we made incremental progress with management on our core issues of enforceable nurse to patient ratios, highly competitive pay and benefits and a safe workplace for us and our patients.
On June 4, we will have Strike Captain Training. All members are encouraged to attend. We will discuss logistics and roles for a potential strike.
The bargaining team met today (5/27/2026) with management who presented their economic proposal on wages. Management offered less than 3% over 3 years.
