Thanks to our members making their voices heard we made some progress today on staffing, floating, and health and safety. However, a fair wage remains a significant outstanding issue.

Yesterday (6/15), we met with Management. We made significant progress on Staffing and Wages.
We wanted to remind you that we will be holding ratification meetings on Tuesday, June 16 at Moose Lodge (853 Woodlane Rd, Mt. Holly, NJ).
We just finished a bargaining session with management. The session was scheduled from 9am-12pm. Management only met with us for 24 minutes.
We’re proud to share that, because of the strength and unity of our membership, we’ve reached a Tentative Agreement that your bargaining committee strongly recommends.
We are writing to regretfully inform you that Inspira has decided to close the Intensive Care Units at the Mannington and Elmer facilities. This is a layoff of approximately 15 RN positions at Mannington and approximately 12 at Elmer.
