Local 5091 nominations for officer elections: deadline extended to November 3
Due to the concern that members may have not received nomination forms for the 2020 Local 5091 Local Officers elections, the Nomination and Election Committee has extended the deadline until November 3. A nomination form has been mailed to your homes, emailed to you and placed on the local website. Reminder that the deadline is November 3, 2020 and will not be extended beyond this time.
The Nominations/Election Committee announces that there are four (4) local officer positions that are up for election this year. They are President, Vice President Professionals and Secretary. The job descriptions and duties of these officers can be found in the local’s constitution and by-laws. The nomination/election committee is currently accepting nominations for these positions.
POSITIONS:
- President
- Vice President Professionals
- Secretary
TERM OF OFFICE: January 1, 2021 through December 31, 2022

NOMINATIONS DEADLINE: Nominations must be received by 10:00 a.m. on September 30, 2020.
ELECTION DATE: Ballots to be mailed to all members in September. Candidates may be present for the mailing of the ballots. Please advise the committee if you wish to be present at the mailing of the ballots when you confirm your nomination. Candidate must confirm by October 1, 2020 or their name may not appear on ballot.
ELIGIBILITY: Any HPAE Local 5091 member in good standing is eligible to run for office. All new officers agree to attend HPAE New Officer training.
