Local 5142 nurses at Salem have ratified their contract!

Salem nurses voted overwhelmingly to ratify a new contract with Inspira yesterday! This will take effect on June 1. We secured a comprehensive agreement that includes new language on staffing, scheduling, on-call, reassignment, cancellation, wages, and many more articles that address our daily working conditions. We are proud of the gains we were able to make after many years of difficult negotiations with our former employers.
