STAFFING RATIOS AND FAIR RATIOS NOW!

Staffing ratios do Save LIVES!

Despite years of studies showing ratios do improve patient care and retain workers, HMH continues to not move.

HMH is trying to divide us between bargaining units with their shell games. They are taking money from some of us to shuffle around to other staff on other units.

We deserve increases across the board for ALL.

HMH only proposed a merit increase of 2.5% for each year of the agreement.

HMH continues to reject the Unions proposal for compensation for extra shifts worked. We deserve more money for helping to meet the demands and ensure adequate staffing.
