Local 5107 EVVNA/VNA Contract Negotiations Update, September 3, 2024

On 9/3/2024, we met with management for our first day of bargaining for our new contract. We conveyed our goals for these negotiations: recruitment and retention, work/home life balance and for the nurses to feel respected and valued by the company they work for. We provided them with several proposals that reflect our goals and had some good conversations.

Our next bargaining session is September 19h. As always, we will keep you posted on our progress.
