University Hospital Local 5094 Contract Negotiations Update: September 6, 2024
On September 6th, with only 24 days left until our contract expires, we met for our 5th session with University Hospital. We are deeply frustrated with the administration’s latest proposal, which disrespects our hard work and dedication to our patients. Management refuses to increase our wages by more than 2%, rejects any step movement, rejects our free parking proposal, and refuses to add Juneteenth as a holiday. This is not acceptable. We deserve to be paid like the true healthcare heroes we are. If you agree and you want management to hear your voice:
