University Hospital Local 5094 Negotiations Update. Sign the Petition on TUESDAY (9/17) in the Cafeteria

It is critical that you participate in Union actions to show support for our bargaining proposals! Our September 16th session was not worth our time. Every time we think we take two steps forward, the Hospital takes a step back. The administration is still trying to shortchange us, refusing to meet our demands, and sneaking in changes into our previous agreements. Here’s what we deserve:

• 5% raise
• Annual step increases
• Juneteenth as an additional premium holiday
• free parking
• weekend and certification differentials
• inclusion for per diem, part-time, and new hires from day one

Despite these reasonable requests, UH refuses to budge. Our proposals are only as strong as your support! Your fellow Healthcare Professionals and Nurses are signing the petition online in growing numbers. Join them on TUESDAY, September 17th by signing in person in the cafeteria!
