Local 5107 Constitution and By-Laws Amendments Vote

Your HPAE Local 5107 Executive Board has recently conducted a review of our local union constitution and bylaws and has recommended several amendments that will strengthen our union and improve our local union administration. Amendments to the constitution and bylaws must be approved by a vote of the membership of our local union. Below is a summary of those amendments and a complete copy of the proposed amendments. The American Arbitration Association (AAA), a neutral third-party vendor, has mailed a ballot to your home to vote. It is a secret ballot vote and no one will know how you vote.

Voters with missing ballots will be directed to request replacements by calling AAA Duplicate Hotline 1-800-529-5218 Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This number is to be utilized only for duplicate ballot requests. Members may also make requests by e-mailing requests to Sacha Ulerio at ulerios@adr.org. We ask that voters not call prior to October 7, 2024, to allow for sufficient postal delivery.
