Local 5107 EVVNA/VNA Contract Negotiations Update, October 24, 2024

Today (10/24), management brought in their benefits specialists to discuss the benefits for 2025. We reviewed the new plan; you should have received an email with dates and times for an informational session.

We have a proposal on the table that addresses our concerns and issues with the current cost of our health care benefits.

Management has given us a proposal for a 2% increase for year one and two. This is unacceptable!! The nurses at VNA deserve more! We will continue to fight for a fair contract!

Our next bargaining session is October 28th. As always, we will keep you posted on our progress.
