University Hospital local 5094 Negotiations Update: Ratification Vote Schedule

On December 9, 2024, we met with University Hospital management to continue negotiating over our contract and we are pleased to announce that we have settled! This is the first time HPAE Local 5094 and University Hospital settled a contract so close to its expiration date, which means there will be little delay in getting your increases. It is also the very first time that we have been able to negotiate CONTRACT STEPS into our contract in 13 years!

The ratification vote will take place on Wednesday, December 18, 2024, between 7:30am-11:30am, 12pm-3pm, and 3:30-6pm in room D230.

We will also have a lunch session at the Horizon Building from 12-2pm 13th Floor Room 13-P.

Our Bargaining Team and Union Representatives will be there to answer all your questions about the new contract and review all the changes for the new agreement. This will be your only opportunity to vote on the contract.

We are recommending a YES vote!
