Our final bargaining session with management will be next Tuesday the 28th, and we’ll be holding virtual meetings for a vote on the National Addendum and local contract on the 30th.

Twelve Hour Shift Update, January 14, 2025
In January, the Local Executive Board (LEB) met with management to discuss implementing 12-hour shifts on behavioral health units.
Voluntary On Call Bonus at Palisades!
We are demanding that HMH provide a bonus for extra shifts when we are faced with staffing shortages and HMH does not follow the staffing ratios. Please sign and we will present at the next staffing committee meeting.
