We met on August 16, 2024 to continue negotiations. We presented our wage proposals in this session. Our wage proposals reflect the hard work and the dedication our negotiations unit employees bring to this hospital each and every shift.

The Nominations/Election Committee announces that there are three Local 5138 officer positions that are up for election this year. Nominations for these positions are currently being accepted by the nomination committee.
We met with University Hospital on July 15, 2024, for our initial negotiation session. This follows our successful event with over 200 HPAE employees on last Wednesday kicking off our negotiations season.
Our committee presented our Staffing Ratio proposals at the table in this session. As a committee we were clear to management there is no room for negotiation on this proposal.
