We are happy to announce that because of the solidarity we have shown through petitions and other actions, we’ve been able to come to an agreement with the Hospital on a one year contract extension.
Your health insurance costs are going up unless we act together to stop it. We call on all HPAE negotiations unit employees to Call the Governor to say “No” to health insurance cost increases!!
We called for our membership to support the negotiations efforts and our membership came through at today’s session. We had over 70 people log into our caucus space and 40 were able to move to the Rutgers Zoom session.

We are reaching out to nurses who have been members of HPAE Local 5004 for 5 years or less. We have decided to have a ZOOM meeting which may be more amenable than a full day of discussion.
HPAE local 5094 met on 8/10/22 for our ninth session of negotiations with Rutgers University. Our contract expired July 1, 2022.

The Nomination and Election Committee of HPAE Local 5103 received protests related to the Local Union’s recent officer election. All protests received did not comply with the Election Protest rules adopted by the Committee, but all were reviewed by the
