During this session, HPAE members on the negotiations committee presented 19 non-economic proposals to Rutgers management, with additional proposals pending.
The defendants, State of New Jersey, the NJDOH, and Acting Health Commissioner Raynard Washington, must file a written response to the order to show cause by May 14th, which the plaintiff, HUH, can oppose written opposition to by May 19th.

Last night (4/1), Management sent out a new WARN (layoff) notice. This WARN notice is identical to the one management sent out in 2024. They've been 'extending' that original Notice for the last year and a half.
