We met with University Hospital to continue negotiating over our contract, which is set to expire at the end of the month. Management began the session by presenting us with data that shows consistent commitment to hiring more nurses.

We met on August 21st and 23rd to negotiate the new contract with University Hospital. The Bargaining Committee continues to advocate for all Nurses to secure a fair contract.
We met on August 16, 2024 to continue negotiations. We presented our wage proposals in this session. Our wage proposals reflect the hard work and the dedication our negotiations unit employees bring to this hospital each and every shift.
Our committee presented our Staffing Ratio proposals at the table in this session. As a committee we were clear to management there is no room for negotiation on this proposal.
