Sept 1 pay increase
Our bargaining team fought for a fair contract, and we are finally supposed to see the results of the negotiated increases. By now, you should see the HPAE negotiated increases on your My Compensation History section of the My Rutgers
Notice of 2023 Nominations and Election of HPAE local 5094 Officers and Union Representatives
The Nominations and Election Committee announces that there are seven local officer positions and 65 representative positions that are up for election this year.
CONTRACT RATIFIED!
We will keep you informed as we begin to work with Rutgers to process the scheduled increases and to complete the final draft of the contract for posting to the website and to be printed for our members.

The HPAE 5094 United Bargaining Team at Rutgers is pleased to announce that we reached a tentative agreement with the University. The tentative agreement does not become our contract until our membership votes to ratify the agreement.
