Nurses of HPAE Locals 5131, 5142 and 5621 at Inspira Health have ratified new groundbreaking contracts with guaranteed nurse-to-patient safe staffing ratios as well as improved wages, benefits and working conditions.
Congratulations on your new contract! There are many new things and changes included that aren’t as interesting as wages, and we highly encourage you to read everything yourself.

We are pleased to inform you that on May 31, 2025, we officially reached a tentative agreement with Inspira on our new contract!
As of today, 5/29, we have a few new tentative agreements for your review. See below. After last week’s historic strike vote, we have seen more movement at the table related to the simpler proposals.
