Colleagues: We are writing for two reasons: firstly, to let you know about upcoming membership meetings (which will include detailed bargaining updates) on May 20th and 21st; and secondly, to share additional information about strike authorization. It is CRITICALLY IMPORTANT that
Tuesday, 5/6 was a long day, but resulted in little progress. Thursday, 5/8 we were back at the table until nearly 8pm, however this time we walked away with several Tentative Agreements.
We are writing with another negotiations update following our fourth bargaining session with Inspira on April 30th. We received our first comprehensive response from Inspira management.
On April 21st, your negotiations teams spent another full day at the Glassboro Courtyard Marriott. This was our third negotiation session.

As we expected, we spent the day talking about language issues; financial proposals will be discussed later in the process. We were able to achieve three tentative agreements today!
