Your bargaining team had another long and productive day on Tuesday, 5/13!
Your bargaining team had another long and productive day on Tuesday, 5/13!
Colleagues: We are writing for two reasons: firstly, to let you know about upcoming membership meetings (which will include detailed bargaining updates) on May 20th and 21st; and secondly, to share additional information about strike authorization. It is CRITICALLY IMPORTANT that
Tuesday, 5/6 was a long day, but resulted in little progress. Thursday, 5/8 we were back at the table until nearly 8pm, however this time we walked away with several Tentative Agreements.
We are writing with another negotiations update following our fourth bargaining session with Inspira on April 30th. We received our first comprehensive response from Inspira management.
On April 21st, your negotiations teams spent another full day at the Glassboro Courtyard Marriott. This was our third negotiation session.
Check here as new TAs are released from our current bargaining sessions.
As we expected, we spent the day talking about language issues; financial proposals will be discussed later in the process. We were able to achieve three tentative agreements today!
One thousand ninety-four RNs from across the Inspira network have signed the petition for a fair contract!
The 2025 negotiations survey was a huge success. Thank you everyone for filling it out and sharing your thoughts and ideas. Your negotiations team reviewed each and every one to help us prepare.
THANK YOU to all who turned out for our event on January 22nd! We had over 170 members in attendance from our Local alone.
Join your fellow Inspira RNs from HPAE Locals 5131, 5621, and 5142 to learn more about the negotiations process, get your questions answered, and enjoy a dinner paid for by our union.
