HPAE Members at all the hospitals owned by Hudson Regional (Bayonne, Heights/Christ, and Secaucus) have taken on Management separately, but we know we're strongest when we stand together!
In accordance with the Constitution and Bylaws of HPAE Local 5185, the election of local union officers will take place by secret mail ballot.
After months of fighting, OUR union finally has a tentative agreement!
Because of the pressure YOU have been putting on management, we made significant progress on Wages, Benefits, and Staffing at Negotiations on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Hundreds of workers saving lives in Jersey City and Bayonne are working on contracts that will expire in days.
You, the members VOTED YES! This is a HISTORIC vote, with the highest turnout in our local's history and strong participation across every unit and department!
All union members have received a secure voting link by text and/or email. Vote Now!
Hudson Regional Wants to take EVERYTHING from you; from Per-Diem Pay to Shift Differentials - even our Cafeteria Discounts! And they've violated our rights as workers to try and get their way!
HPAE Members at Hudson Regional Hospital in Secaucus stand in unwavering solidarity with you as your contracts approach expiration. We understand the gravity of facing a strike vote, and we want you to know that your fight is our fight.
Enough is Enough! Hudson Regional is proposing dozens of cutbacks to our wages and benefits, meanwhile they have the money to give us what we need!
Management has not backed down from their greedy proposals to steal tens of thousands of dollars from your pockets over the next three years.
