Local 5185 Negotiations Update, April 23, 2025
On April 23, our Union negotiations team met with Management for our first sessions. We presented our proposals for Fair Pay, Better Benefits, and Safe Staffing. Management committed to responding to our proposals by our next meeting on May 1.

HRH has owned the Bayonne Medical Center property since July 2020 and has taken a variety of actions to become its operator, including most recently being named interim operator of the acute care facility during CarePoint Health’s ongoing bankruptcy.
