The time has finally arrived for us to begin bargaining our next union contract with Inspira. Our first day in negotiations will be Thursday, April 10th, 2025.
Please join us for a General Membership meeting on March 4th, 2025. We will be going over results of the negotiations survey and reviewing our priority proposals for contract negotiations.

The Nominations/Election Committee announces that we are now accepting nominations to represent Local 5621 at this year’s HPAE State Convention , as well as the AFT National Convention.
INSPIRA at Mullica Hill (MH) has notified the 5621 members that they are restructuring the unit from a LRDP model to a LDP model to mimic Vineland with three separate and distinct units of Labor and Delivery (L&D), Mother/Baby (MB)
This workshop reviews risk factors and the unprecedented extent of workplace violence in healthcare. Participants will gain information to identify risks, strategies to respond to violent episodes, and the elements of effective violence prevention programs in their facilities.
