HPAE is building a powerful movement of nurses and healthcare workers advocating for safe patient care and working conditions. We call our movement COPE.

Every day, federal, state, and local elected officials make decisions that affect the health and safety of our patients, clients and workplaces. HPAE’s COPE is a trusted voice, standing up to
industry lobbyists, while working to ensure policymakers pass laws in the best interest of patients and healthcare workers.
