Local 5058 Members: Update on Pay Raise Discussions

On April 14, 2022, we reached out to HMH. We continue having open discussions regarding a pay raise adjustment that would be fair to all members.

As it stands, HMH wants the Union to drop current contract language on holiday overtime that we won in negotiations, and only Union members have. Only then would they agree to increase wages for some that they say is needed to recruit and retain Nurses.

We continue to fight for raises that would benefit all our members and not just a few. Let us keep working together to keep what we have in our contracts and tell HMH to give Nurses what we deserve.
