Local 5058 Ratification Voting Instructions

Voting Instructions:

The emailing of voting instructions and PINs will take place on Wednesday October 19, 2022 at 7:00 PM. The online and telephonic polling is set to begin on Wednesday October 19, 2022 at 8:00 PM and conclude on Friday October 21, 2022 at 4:00 PM. Results will be downloaded by AAA at the conclusion of polling and provided to Local 5058.

Voters with missing PINS will be directed to request replacements by calling our Duplicate Hotline 1-800-529-5218 Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This number is to be utilized only for duplicate PIN requests. Members may also make requests by e-mailing requests to Sacha Ulerio at ulerios@adr.org.
