Sept 1 pay increase

Our bargaining team fought for a fair contract, and we are finally seeing the results of the negotiated increases.

By now, you should see the HPAE negotiated increases on your My Compensation History section of the My Rutgers portal.

  • The July 1, 2022 retroactive salary increase will be paid in the September 1, 2023 paycheck.
  • The July 1, 2023 retroactive salary increase will be paid in your September 15, 2023 paycheck.

If you did not receive your correct increase, please send a copy of your paystub and compensation history to HPAE Staff Rep Joel Brooks at jbrooks@hpae.org

Please note – APNS should have received the 4% increase retroactive to July 1, 2022, but not the experience adjustment. We will make sure all staff receive their correct increase.
