Sept 1 pay increase
Our bargaining team fought for a fair contract, and we are finally supposed to see the results of the negotiated increases. By now, you should see the HPAE negotiated increases on your My Compensation History section of the My Rutgers portal.
The 4% across the board (ATB) retroactive salary increase (July 1, 2022) is supposed to be paid in the September 1, 2023 paycheck.
The July 1, 2023 retroactive salary increase will be paid in your September 15, 2023 paycheck.
If you do not see the increase or believe there is an issue with the calculations as they appear, reach out to your HPAE Rep to support in assuring that every member of our Union gets every penny won through our fight for all in the Union community at Rutgers.
If you did not receive your correct increase, please send a copy of your paystub and compensation history to HPAE Staff Rep Joel Brooks at jbrooks@hpae.org.
