HPAE Local 5094 Special Officer Election

This notice is coming to you on behalf of the Local 5094 Nomination and Election Committee. The following members will be running for Local 5094 Co-President (Rutgers New Brunswick/Piscataway/Stratford/Camden, Rowan):

Ballots will be sent to you by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) a neutral third party. This is the same group that have done previous elections and they will be following the same procedure as they have in past. Ballots will be mailed September 26, 2024 and close October 17, 2024 at 9:00 a.m.. The tabulation of ballots is scheduled for October 17, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. Members who do not receive ballots will directed to request replacements by calling AAA Duplicate Hotline 1-800-529-5218 Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This number is to be utilized only for duplicate ballot requests. Members may also make requests by e-mailing requests to Sacha Ulerio at ulerios@adr.org. We ask that voters not call prior to October 4, 2024, to allow for sufficient postal delivery.
