Today, we reached an agreement with CarePoint & HRH in court:

HRH will honor our contracts through May 31, 2025 (our expiration date).

All Stolen 401(K) matching payments will be paid out monthly over the next 9 months.

All Stolen Time will be returned, effective immediately. You can use it following the same rules as normal. Going forward; members who retire will receive 100% of banked time. Employees who resign will receive 100% of banked time accrued after May 1, 2024 and 35% of banked time accrued before that. Laid off employees will receive 100% of banked time accrued after May 1, 2024 and 50% of banked time accrued before that. We reserve all rights to fight layoffs and terminations like we always do.

This Is a huge win, and was only possible because of the support of ALL Union members. Thank you for standing strong and showing up! This won’t be the last time we have to fight, but when we are Strong and United, we win!
