Local 5089 UH Updates: NJ Workers' Comp Benefits & UH Funding
Governor Murphy signed a new bill into law on Tuesday, September 15th which allows members that contracted CoVid-19 while working at UH are now eligible to claim Workers’ Comp benefits retroactive to March 9, 2020.
