We are excited to announce that on Friday we reached tentative agreements with Rowan University on three of our non-economic proposals and have made further progress on several other articles, including our reassignment language.

The Labor-Management Committee (LMC) is a monthly meeting where your Union officers bring your concerns to management.
A short time ago, HPAE and AAC executed an agreement that provides enhanced severance pay and other benefits for our members that were laid off by Sunrise House/AAC in the last two weeks.
The HPAE 5094 United Bargaining Team at Rutgers is pleased to announce that we reached a tentative agreement with the University. The tentative agreement does not become our contract until our membership votes to ratify the agreement.
The HPAE 5089 United Bargaining Team at Rutgers is pleased to announce that we reached a tentative agreement with the University. The agreement demonstrates our membership’s unity and is truly a collective win.
We will be meeting on CSE in the Activity room from 6:30 am to 8:00 am and from 2:30 pm to 4:00 pm. We will be introducing our current Union Staff Representative, Christine Munck.
We know there are continuing problems with staffing. As of the meeting last month with management, incentives were to be continued. But they are offered at the discretion of management dependent on the need of the unit.
Although we were able to secure some important wins in our recent contract, we did have more NO votes than in previous contract Ratification votes.
