HPAE Rowan Member Update: Retroactive pay increases

We have received notification from Rowan that the retroactive increases have been processed. The following is the schedule for payout for our wages:

• For those members eligible for the 2015 Step increase, it will be included in pay period 26, pay date 12/30/16.
• For those members eligible for the 2016 Step increase, it will be included in pay period 1, pay date 1/13/17.
• All members will receive a 1.5% increase to their pay, to be included in pay period 1, pay date 1/13/17.

The retroactive payments on all increases will be processed and paid in either pay period 1 or pay period 2 (pay date 1/27/17). The latest date members will receive retroactive pay will be pay period 2.

If you have any questions regarding your increases, please contact your local Union Representative.
